In the process of using the ChatBoard service, in order to enable you to use the corresponding functions or services, we will collect and use the information you actively provide when using the service or the information generated due to using the service in the following ways:
1.1 When you use the voice recognition function, we need to obtain the original text record of your voice recognition to save your voice recognition record.
1.2 After you use the ChatBoard application and agree to the privacy policy, we will collect network type and IP address information for requesting the network and providing you with stable services. When the application has an exception, we will collect device-related information (including IMEI, GUID, CPU, running memory, operating system name, operating system version, application software running time, and abnormal information during application software operation), perform desensitization processing on the abnormal information, and use it for troubleshooting, locating the cause, and conducting related data analysis.
1.3 When you use the help and feedback function, we need to record the problem content of your current account feedback to save your problem feedback record.
1.4 When you first start ChatBoard and agree to this Privacy Policy, we need to collect ICCID, mobile phone model, IMSI, and device SN for troubleshooting, locating the cause, and data analysis.

2.  How We May Use Information
We may use the information collected during the provision of services to you for the following purposes:
2.1 To provide services to you;

  Used for identity verification, customer service, security, fraud monitoring, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a certain function or service collects your information but is not explained above, we will explain the content, scope, and purpose of information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, and other means to obtain your consent. Please note that we currently do not actively obtain your personal information from third parties outside of us. 4.  Device permission calls:
To ensure that our functions and services can be implemented normally, we need to call the corresponding necessary permissions according to the specific scenarios of collecting and using information mentioned above and ask for your authorization through pop-up windows before calling. Sensitive permissions such as microphone and voice recognition will not be enabled by default and will only be authorized after your explicit consent. Use the microphone permission to access audio data for voice recognition function. If the permission is turned off, the microphone and audio data can not be accessed.

Allow ChatBoard to access the language recognition permission

Use voice recognition permission to access audio data, complete the conversion of audio to text content, and display it on the screen. If the permission is turned off, voice recognition and the use of audio data can not be accessed.

II. How we use cookies, identifiers, and related technologies:

We may collect your information through cookies, identifiers, and related technologies, including device information, browsing information, and click information, and store such information as log information to ensure service security. You can refuse or manage the use of cookies, identifiers, or related technologies through browser settings.

III. How we store and protect your personal information

1.  Information storage
Generally, we only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the service purpose or as required by laws and regulations. We will store the user's personal information collected within China in accordance with laws and regulations. Currently, we do not transmit or store your personal information across borders.
